Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a vinyasa style class in which you will be lead through a sequence of asanas with precise instruction on breath, technique and control. Linking the breath with the movement will allow you to fully arrive into the present moment. An all-levels changing paced class.

Barefoot BURN

This class is upbeat and fun! It includes many different styles including yoga, piyo type low impact targeted moves, cardio movement with yoga and targeting specific muscle groups. Starting slow, working hard and restoring and the end.

Beyond Asana

Beyond Asana gives students the opportunity to take their practice beyond the physical movements and to start to explore the subtler aspects of the breath, energy and consciousness. We will work with techniques that will help to demystify these often misunderstood concepts giving us tools to work with them in a very tangible and experiential way. This class will consist of a brief lecture/discussion, some asana (physical movements), basic pranayama (breathing techniques and a partially guided meditation practice. This class is suitable for all experience levels but some basic proficiency with physical asana practice s recommended.

POUND

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted
drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Soulflow

Move through poses with a slower methodical flow, bringing power and awareness to the muscles. Allowing a deeper concentration to the mind and body connection. Adding deep stretching as we slow the body down from our busy week and prepare for the week to come.

DOUBLE ESPRESS-OM

This early morning class is designed to allow you to begin the day alert, mindful and awakened. Strengthen your connection between mind and body. Carrying good thoughts and feelings with your as you flow throughout your day. Begin your day with this beautiful flow/stretch class and spread the good vibes!

Pound unplugged

This is a 30 minute class that balances focused, high-intensity exercisses with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick, effecient and challenging, the workout guides patricipants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person - mental, physical and emotional. Using Ripsitx, exercise drumsticks, Pound Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive sensory experiences unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.
