Private Offerings: Pranayama (breathwork) + Meditation
Bryan first found yoga and meditation through his martial arts practice (Shito Ryu Karate, Choy li Fut Kung Fu, MMA, Kick Boxing and BJJ) over a decade ago. Pushing his body to the limits through his training was taking its toll physically so on a friend’s recommendation, Bryan found himself in a yoga class. That first class had such a profound effect on him that it drove him to continue exploring the depths of his physical, mental and spiritual practice for over a decade now. His journey has led him to practice and explore many different styles of yoga across 5 different continents. Having a passion for acquiring knowledge and studying the ancient yogic scriptures, Bryan loves to integrate these teachings into his asana classes and expose students to this wisdom passed down through the ages. Bryan is a dedicated practitioner of Raja and Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Vishoka mediation, Qi Gong and the Wim Hof Method and brings a unique flavor of all the practices he embodies to the classes he teaches.

Hello Ohana, My name is Lacy, I am so excited to share my yoga journey with you all!
I began practicing yoga about 30 years ago to help me with an intense hairdressing career in New York City. I’ve traveled and lived all over the country and yoga has been a constant in my life.
Having moved to Wisconsin with my husband from California my yoga practice intensified. In order to provide the level of service I expected of myself as a salon business owner, I absolutely needed daily yoga practice. It helped keep me more focused and creative while allowing my body to heal from the physical aspects of my profession.
I knew by God's grace that yoga instruction was going to be a second half of life career for me! After completing a comprehensive 230 hour yoga teacher training through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis (which received a 5 star rating from the Yoga Alliance of America) my practice was catapulted to a new level and a passion for teaching ignited.
Yoga has allowed me to gracefully move through the change of life, and gradually get off the anti-anxiety/depression medication that was no longer serving me. Yoga helped me to realize that everything I needed was already inside me waiting to emerge! Feeling empowered, and wanting to share that with others.
I lead a class that is appropriate for practitioners at all levels. Together with the physical aspect of the postures (asanas), glimpses come of a meditative, silent quality. In this way the asanas are both exhilarating and relaxing. With a nod to Pantanjalis’ Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga), I yoke breath with movement and encompass the philosophy of yoga as we together gain a better understanding of our unique gifts to our life and world.
Katie found yoga in high school, and she loves how the practice has evolved with her over the years! Teaching since 2011, her style of instruction has changed considerably during this time. Incorporating over a decade’s worth of trainings, conferences, workshops, and opportunities for growth, she has created a hybrid yoga/functional movement/mindful movement style of teaching. Her passion is in helping people develop body awareness and strength, all while honoring the innate intelligence of our elegant human bodies.
She lives in La Crosse with her husband, kids (well, one is in college now!), and 7 pets.

My journey with yoga started with a Denise Austin VHS at 6:30am. Throughout middle school, my mom and I would get up most mornings bright and early for Denise’s routine. I was on and off with yoga throughout high school and college – often letting life get in my way. Yet every time I rolled out my mat, I felt much more connected to myself. After many years spent dreaming of one day becoming a yoga teacher – I decided at the end of 2018 that my goal for the next year was to make that “someday” happen. I completed my 230-hour certification through Palm + Pine Yoga Studio and School in La Crosse, WI from 2019-2020 and registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT200 in May 2020.
In my spare time, you can often find me hiking, camping, or just exploring with my partner and our dog, dreaming of my next trip to the beach, catching up with friends over coffee or glass of wine, or making moves to become the next health and wellness superstar. I am excited to join the Ohana Yoga community and can’t wait to see you in a class!

My journey begins about 6 years ago. I walked into my first yoga class. I was overwhelmed by the love and acceptance I received by complete strangers. To be honest the sense of community is what brought me back again and again. Soon into my practice I realized the connection to breath work and pose. Practice after practice I fell deeper and deeper into my mat. I discovered no matter how bad of a day I had, I could just leave it on the mat. Yoga had completely changed my life. I'm calmer, centered, and way more outgoing. My purpose to now being a teacher is to help others discover themselves and find peace on their mat as well. I want to create that same warming and non judgmental environment that was offered to me. Because one small act of kindness can truly change someone’s life as it changed mine.
Caitlin is a native to the Driftless Region, a Geographer by trade, a wife of a Geographer, a stepmom of 4 boys, a dogmom of 2 schnauzers, a lover of all things outdoors, and a Yogi of 18 years. She has found yoga as a senior in high school while recovering from a sledding accident. She quickly fell in love with the practice and its healing magic. After a few months practicing at the Y, she shadowed a yoga teacher for a Senior Yoga class and it inspired her to follow the 8 fold path. She went on to learn Iyengar Yoga at the Milwaukee Yoga Center where the practice taught her the anatomy and physiology of yoga. Study of the physical body steered her towards a career as a Fitness Instructuor. She acquired certifications in Yoga and Pilates through AFAA while in college. Caitlin loved the physical asanas, but she sought more from her practice as she looked inward to heal her spirit. Hatha Yoga led her on a path to heal her mind and spirit.
Over the years she has taught Ashtanga, Yin, and Vinyasa styles of yoga. She has taught hot yoga, restorative yoga and stand-up paddleboard yoga; each gifting her with more knowledge of the humbling practice. Fast forward 12 years, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Tammy Z’s Yoga School in La Crosse.
Caitlin has been with the Ohana Family since it’s opening in 2016, first teaching “Sunrise Yoga” and then shifting to a weekend rotation when she went to graduate school. She subs for Ohana’s talented Yoga team whenever possible and looks forward to her time in the studio guiding students on their yoga journeys.
Jamie began taking yoga classes when she was in college (many years ago!) and became specifically interested in yoga philosophy during her Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. She was initially drawn to yoga for the movement and physical practice, but also loved how it supported managing her anxiety. Being able to breathe deeply and smoothly on the mat taught her how to live more intentionally off of the mat. Jamie brings to her classes a feeling of warmth, empowerment, and can skillfully guide a yoga practice where everyone can make choices that feel supportive to them. During COVID, she stepped away from social work and began teaching yoga as her primary focus. Her experience and knowledge about the nervous system and trauma led her to further her yoga education to include an additional certification for Trauma-Informed yoga. Jamie has taught over 600 classes including: Asana Flows, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Classes, Meditation Offerings, Full Moon Gatherings, Restore + Renew with Reiki, Chair Yoga, and private sessions. Outside of yoga, she is married and a mother of two. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and music! She truly believes yoga is for everybody and would love to meet you in her class!!
